Tauhid vs. Trinity

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Ever Merciful
Synopsis: This course explores the concept of God in Islam and Christianity. Both religions claim to present the concept of One God. Whereas the Islamic concept of God is defined as absolutely one, which is called “Tauheed”, the Christian concept of God is defined as a complex one, called “Trinity”. While Muslims argue that God is absolutely one in every sense, Christians say that God is three persons in One Being. How do Muslims and Christians define these concepts? What are the arguments in favour of the Tauheed? How does a Muslim refute the concept of the Trinity? These questions are explored in this lecture series by Maulana Farhan Iqbal.
